How to employ process mapping
To come up with an effective process mapping, a business should first determine the boundaries, list the steps needed, sequence the steps that have been chosen and then draw the symbols that will be used. The next step is for the implementation of the system model, checking the completeness of the process and finally, finalizing the flow chart.
Process mapping allows the business to enter within all functions inside the firm. With good software, each step will be monitored before the implementation is done fully to give the best results. This is achieved by using diagrams to enhance the business understanding and what everyone is expected to do.
